Row: Can be broken up however the partnership wants, but each must do an equal amount of rowing.

BMUs: Can be broken up however the partnership wants.

Macho Man: Partner 1 does 1 round while partner 2 rests, partner 2 does 1 round while partner 1 rests…until 16 rounds are completed.
